Vintage 1930's 1920' Navy blue gabardine skull cap with large white beads. The fabric has no stretch to it and looks to be handmade. There are no tags. But is well made. Lying the hat flat the hat is 11 inches at weirdest part so I assume the hats diameter is around 21 to 22 inches.
